Last Year Al Paparelli a New Pathways Mentor was nominated for an actually won the Bank of America NEI Local Hero Award. As one of 5 winners in Arizona Al won a $5,000 grant to donate to the organization of his choice. He choose Greater Phoenix Youth at Risk. He has been involved with Youth at Risk since 2007 as a Mentor, Coach and now on the leadership team. "I am proud to be part of this wonderful organization and I wanted to share my passion with you".
